2024 CATAP Sponsorship Opportunities
 

Your sponsorship dollars can be allocated to your choice of one or more of the following:

1. Directed sponsorship (e.g., sponsoring a specific event, hospitality night, etc.).

2. General Sponsorship (e.g., funding for general conference events at the discretion of the CATAP Conference Committee).

3. Bursary for students or early professionals to attend the conference or another training opportunity.

4. Advancement sponsorship (e.g., sponsoring CATAP’s mission to advance threat assessment and management study and practice in Canada through additional training and workshop offerings).

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

FRIENDS OF CATAP ($500 - $1999.00)

Includes:

• Your Company/Organization’s name and/or logo displayed in the conference agenda/brochure materials.
 

BRONZE (minimum $2000.00)

Includes:

• Your Company/Organization’s name and/or logo will appear during the event on programs and during the breaks via overhead projector(s).

• Your Company/Organization banner or sign posted at various locations at the conference venue.

• Daily verbal recognition by the emcee of the conference.

SILVER (minimum $3500.00)

Includes:

• All benefits of the Bronze level, plus:

• 1 free registration at the 2024 CATAP Conference (Value $1600.00 CDN).

• For one year from time of sponsorship, your Company/Organization will be listed as a sponsor on the CATAP website with a link to your Company/Organization website.

• Company materials included in the conference attendee welcome package (e.g., business cards, pamphlets, etc.)

GOLD (minimum $5000.00)

Includes:

• All benefits of the Bronze and Silver levels, plus:

• 2 free nights of accommodations at the Fairmont (Value of approx. $800.00 CDN).

• Your Company/Organization’s name and/or logo will be credited on CATAP conference and related social media posts from CATAP (i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn).

• Opportunity to showcase a display table outside the conference venue.

PLATINUM (minimum $10,000.00)

Includes:

• All benefits of Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels, plus:

• An additional free registration at the 2024 CATAP Conference (total of 2 registrations, value of approx. $3200.00 CDN)

• Four complimentary nights’ accommodations at the Fairmont Whistler during the Workshop/Conference (Value of approx. $1600.00 CDN)

• Dedicated time in the agenda for you to present to the conference on your organization, up to 15 minutes.

DIAMOND (minimum $15,000.00)

Includes:

• All benefits of previous levels

• Thank-you plaque from CATAP

• An additional free registration at the 2024 CATAP Conference (total of 3 registrations, value of approx. $4800.00 CDN)Classification: Protected A

• Six complimentary nights’ accommodations at the Fairmont Whistler during the Workshop/Conference (Value of approx. $2400.00)
