2025 Sponsorship Opportunities!

The success of all CATAP events is credited, in large part, to the participation of our sponsors, who lend their names and financial support. Please find below a detailed outline of the core sponsorship opportunities available.

2025 CATAP Sponsorship Opportunities

Your sponsorship dollars can be allocated to your choice of one or more of the following:

1. Directed sponsorship (e.g., sponsoring a specific event, hospitality night, etc.).

2. General Sponsorship (e.g., funding for general conference events at the discretion of the CATAP Conference Committee).

3. Bursary for students or early professionals to attend the conference or another training opportunity.

4. Advancement sponsorship (e.g., sponsoring CATAP’s mission to advance threat assessment and management study and practice in Canada through additional training and workshop offerings).

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Bronze (minimum $2000.00)

Includes:

Your organization’s name and/or logo will appear during the Annual Workshop & Conference via overhead projector(s)
Your organization’s banner or signage will be posted at a visible location at the conference venue
Daily verbal recognition by the emcee of the conference
Recognition of your sponsorship on the CATAP website

Silver (minimum $3500.00)

Includes:

Your organization’s name and/or logo will appear during the Annual Workshop & Conference
Your organization’s banner or signage will be posted at a visible location at the conference venue
Daily verbal recognition by the emcee of the conference
Recognition of your sponsorship on the CATAP website
One registration at the 2024 CATAP Conference (2-day Workshop not included)

Gold Level (minimum $5000.00)

Includes:

Your organization’s name and/or logo will appear during the Annual Workshop & Conference
Your organization’s banner or signage will be posted at a visible location at the conference venue
Daily verbal recognition by the emcee of the conference
Recognition of your sponsorship on the CATAP website
One registration at the 2024 CATAP Conference (2-day Workshop not included)
Opportunity to showcase a display/vendor table and distribute promotional materials

Platinum (minimum $10,000.00)

Includes:

Your organization’s name and/or logo will appear during the Annual Workshop & Conference
Your organization’s banner or signage will be posted at a visible location at the conference venue
Daily verbal recognition by the emcee of the conference
Recognition of your sponsorship on the CATAP website
Two full registrations for the 2024 CATAP Workshop & Conference
Two nights of standard accommodations at the Fairmont Whistler while attending the 2024 CATAP Workshop & Conference
Opportunity to showcase a display/vendor table and distribute promotional materials

Diamond (minimum $15,000.00)

Your organization’s name and/or logo will appear during the Annual Workshop & Conference
Your organization’s banner or signage will be posted at a visible location at the conference venue
Daily verbal recognition by the emcee of the conference
Recognition of your sponsorship on the CATAP website
Three full registrations for the 2024 CATAP Workshop & Conference
Three nights of standard accommodations at the Fairmont Whistler while attending the 2024 CATAP Workshop & Conference
Opportunity to showcase a display/vendor table and distribute promotional materials
A plaque from CATAP recognizing your generous sponsorship
