While commonly held, these attitudes distort the facts, drive stigma and ‘muddy’ the predictive waters. Working with individuals with PTSD may create stress on the individual, teams and our organization. The seminar will conclude with a discussion of the role, if any, of our individual history and situation, as well as cumulative stress from our work.
